Who qualifies to be Heroes of Hope™ Living with CF?
Persons of all ages with the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis living in the United States are eligible for nomination to the Heroes of Hope™ Living with CF program. Although this program is brought to you by Genentech USA, Inc., use and/or purchase of any Genentech products is not required for nomination or selection.
