Heroes of Hope™ Living with CF
The Heroes of Hope™ Living with CF program held a special, live recognition ceremony at this year's Cystic Fibrosis Research, Inc. (CFRI) 21st Annual Education Conference, honoring 7 extraordinary Heroes of Hope from around the country, living and succeeding with cystic fibrosis. These recipients were chosen for their commitment to their own health through compliance to their medical routines, exercise and nutrition, positive impact within their communities, special talents and upbeat attitude that they strive to share with others. The seven Heroes were honored in front of 230 peers in the CF community, the largest attendance the CFRI conference has ever achieved. Special thanks go to CFRI for hosting our ceremony and to the Heroes of Hope Panelists who traveled to the conference in Redwood City, California to officiate the ceremony.
